    Personal training is for everyone! Whether you are just beginning your fitness plan, need help refining your workouts, or want to push your boundaries, you can trust our trainers to tailor a workout that’s unique to you. They’ll work with you to reach your goals in the healthiest way — regardless of age, pre-existing conditions, or fitness level.

    Infant & Toddler Care

    Water Discovery

    The infant/toddler program requires a parent/guardian to be present in the pool with the participant at all times. We will introduce basic aquatic safety to parents and set healthy expectations for your child. Several safety skills will be introduced including asking permission to enter the water, and safe entry into and exit from water.
