What Campers Are Saying!
I've been coming to camp since I was 13 and have such fond memories of it. I introduced my husband to it and he has fallen in love with it too. Now we have two daughters who we are able to build memories with there and have labeled camp as their "happy place." It is so nice to have a place to go where you can unplug and just really enjoy time with your family and other campers. I feel like Nawakwa campers are always so nice to everyone and it's becoming harder and harder to find that these days.- Jane D.
We have recommended Camp to others in the past, and they have all enjoyed it, some returned multiple times. The family feel, and freedom to do all (or none) of the activities is a big bonus. Many new friends are made at Camp for the adults and the children.- John D.
We have made so many friends that feel like family to us. It is a great, wholesome environment that gives us so many memories. The kids can just walk out the door and find something to do or people to hang out with. They interact with nature in a way that they don't at home, and I love it!- Jane D.
It is the one place that brings our family together every year. It brings peace and happiness to our souls. I'm also convinced that the land/water has some sort of healing powers.- John D.
