You’ll meet with a Wellness Consultant who will ask you questions about your personal and family wellness goals to determine needs and possible Y programming suggestions. They’ll help you develop a personalized plan that meets your needs and have fun along the way.

Partner Personal TrainingOne of the best ways to stick to a fitness program is having someone hold you accountable and provide encouragement, so why not begin your journey to a healthier you with a friend by your side?! Partner personal training involves one or more regular training sessions designed to help you — and a fitness partner — achieve your goals.

Small Group TrainingMuch like partner personal training, small group training is a way to reach your fitness goals alongside people who motivate you to do your best! It involves a small group of 3-6 people training together with a coach or trainer making it an economical way to get personalized attention, support, and motivation.
