Certifications & Standards
Each one of our instructors maintains a minimum of a nationally accredited certification, along with CPR/First Aid/AED; advanced training in their specialized area of programming — yoga (200-hour certification or better), Pilates, Les Mills, MOSSA, ZUMBA and others; AFFA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America), ACE (American Council on Exercise), and ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). Additionally, our instructors are present, arrive early to greet you with a smile, and create energy with music. And, most importantly, our instructors keep participants coming back!
