At the Y, we know that play shouldn’t have to end just because school isn’t in session. The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago's School Days Out programming offers full days of activity that give youth space to stretch their legs and their imaginations.

Activities: Games, playground/outdoor time, arts and crafts, open gym, group activities, swimming, and rock wall climbing. We ask that kids bring: lunch, water bottle (no glass), swimsuit, towel, clothes for active play and weather-appropriate. Activities and schedules are subject to change based on YMCA staff availability.
