American Red Cross Lifeguarding-BL course. This course follows the Red Cross Program with certified ARC instructors. Students must be at least 15 years old by the last day of class and pass a pre-course swimming skills test prior to taking lifeguarding courses. Competitive Swim practice for adults 21+. Meets three days per week (M, W, F). Master�s Swim Club trains in the Competition Pool @ SAGE. This training program is for adults and all training sessions are supported by a coach on deck.

A therapeutic based aquatic class with emphasis on addressing low back discomfort, pain reduction, joint protection and strengthening. Ideal for individuals with arthritis, osteoporosis, auto immune disease, post-surgery healing and injury recovery, along with those looking for a therapy-based class to improve quality of life and movement.

Age Group - is composed of swimmers aged 6 - 13 years of ageThis includes swimmers who can legally perform all four (4) strokes: Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Backstroke. They are building endurance and lasting competitive swim habits. This group practices 3 days per week.

Intermediate Group - Competitive swimmers ages 11 - 18. You must be proficient in swimming all four (4) strokes: Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Backstroke. These swimmers have the motivation to decrease times and work hard. This group is of a competitive nature. This group practices 5 days per week.

Senior Group - Swimmers ages 14-21 who are dedicated to the sport and competitive swim training. Practice attendance is tracked, and swimmers are expected to maintain 80% attendance. This group practices 5 days per week.

This preschool sports class is designed for ages 3-5 to be noncompetitive with an emphasis on developing general sports skills, good sportsmanship and self confidence. Our instructors help build strong minds, bodies and friendships while intruducing and building skills within a new sport every week. Your child will be introduced to basketball, soccer, t-ball, kickball, flag football and floor hockey. Our preschool curriculum allows our instructors to provide high quality, structured instruction that caters to short attention spans and high energy. This is a great class to explore sports interests, develop motor skills, improve hand eye coordination, and have fun!

"Parkinson�s Boxing Classes. Non-contact, boxing inspired classes can reverse, reduce, and even delay the symptoms of PD. These classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson�s, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier and happier life. We are learning every day that there are ways in which people with Parkinson�s disease can enhance their quality of life and even build strength, flexibility, and speed! By exercising with coaches who know the ropes, you can fight your way out of the corner and start to feel and function better. Class is offered twice a week. When school is not in session, the Y�s School Days Out Program helps working parents keep their school-age (kindergarten-5th grade) children safe and engaged with a full-day of fun and enriching activities. The program is available 7:00am to 6:00pm. Regardless of the program, our dedicated staff makes sure children are developing the values, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behavior, better health, and greater educational achievement

Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision.

Stage 5: Stroke Development (Recommended for school age participants.) Students will master the front and back crawl, learn butterfly, breaststroke, and sidestroke, all while building endurance. Safety will be reinforced when students learn open water safety strategies, how to help someone who is choking, and the importance of rest. Goggles are recommended for this stage. The price indicated is a monthly rate. The monthly charge will continue while progressing through the stages and until you notify us that you wish to discontinue the lessons.
