Cheering on! Free trial cheer and swim classes

Youth Cheerleading Class
YMCA Cheerleading offers youth the chance to get active, have fun and make new friends.  Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading including basic motions, jumps, cheers and chants.  The YMCA believes that character development is an essential element of sports.  Experienced instructors teach youth about voice, body confidence and positive self-image while learning new skills and creating routines.  Enroll in one free trial class, then reserve your spot for the program kicking off July 24.

Get your feet wet with a free trial swim class!

Did you know?  Drowning is the leading cause of preventable death in children ages 1-4 and second leading cause of death in children ages 5-14.  Individuals who participate in swim lessons are 88% less likely to drown than those who do not participate.

At the Y, we teach skills that save lives.  Using a variety of fun methods, children and adults overcome fears, build confidence in the water, learn water safety and develop skills that last a lifetime.  YMCA group swim lessons are divided into ability groups with certified instructors allowing individuals to
progress through our curriculum with comfort, confidence and results.
