Foam Rolling and Recovery Workshop!

Let's Roll!

Recovery is one of the most important factors in getting the fitness results you want.  Proper recovery will allow the muscles to refuel and prepare for the next exercise bout, and it will help you develop lean strong muscles.  Allowing your muscles to recover is not allowing your muscles to do nothing; sometimes recovery means active resting, like foam rolling.  During this 2 hour workshop, you will learn the benefits of recovery, how to recover properly for the amount of exercise you've completed and how to use the foam roller to help you in the recovery process.  Space is limited to 12 participants, and you must be 13 years or older to participate.
