Celebrate the Impact and Legacy of the YMCA in Naperville

The Fry Family YMCA, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and YMCA Safe ‘n Sound program are proud to be a part of and support the Naperville community. We are committed to strengthening the Naperville community by connecting all people to their purpose, potential, and each other through our programs and services such as child care, sports and rec, academic enrichment, and more.

Part of our commitment includes celebrating the impact and legacy of the former Kroehler YMCA. For 112 years, the Kroehler Y served as a place for care, fitness, fun, and community.

Now, our supporters can own a piece of Naperville YMCA history. Nearly 300 bricks from the historic building where the Kroehler Y served the community for 112 years are available for purchase. A gift of $112 will support the ongoing work of the Fry Family YMCA and Safe 'n Sound program and their capacity to provide programming for the individuals and families of Naperville. In addition to the Kroehler brick, supporters will also receive a commemorative plaque and an invitation to a 2023 celebration of the YMCA's impact and legacy in Naperville.
