Tree Pose, Cat Pose, Stretch Over to For Kids Yoga!

We are so excited about Saturday Kids Yoga at 9:00 AM, being a favorite class here at the Elmhurst Y.  With the demand for this exciting FREE fitness class for youth we will be changing registration procedures:

Register your child for the class by clicking here or sign-up in person at the front desk.
Saturday morning beginning at 8:45 AM stop by membership and pick up a number. 
The 1st fifteen youth with numbers will be able to participate.
