Learn To Lift ( 2 classes )

Learn to lift is a great new class at IBY designed to introduce lifting newbies to the equipment in our free weight rooms. Members will be taught how to properly use equipment such as the olympic bar, lifting platform, tire flip, smith press, dumb bells and more. This class will be taught by a certified personal trainer who will assist participants in finding starting weight, teach proper form, and teach members how to progress through to heavier weights. Don't be intimidated, just Learn to Lift.
