The YMCA offers a wide variety of SPECIALTY and SMALL GROUP fitness classes for our members. In these fee based classes, you work in a group of 4 to 6 participants and meet with the same group for the entire session (typically 8 weeks).

Changing fitness classes to focus on a different element can often be the next step your body needs. We have expert, trained fitness staff that can help you find the best class for your needs.
Check out our TRX Training Specialty Class. This suspension based training class leverages your own body weight against gravity to provide an effective total body workout. It works all core all the time while increasing muscle endurance. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously.
