New Yoga Class

Adding a new YOGA class to the IPY line up.
Hatha yoga is typically practiced at a slower pace. Class begins with a period of focus on the breath, followed by a gentle warm-up, transition through standing, seated, and supine poses, concluding with relaxation and/or simple meditation. Students learn proper breathing techniques, biomechanics, postural alignment, and options to increase or decrease sensation with or without props, while gradually integrating the traditional components of the eight limb hatha yoga path.
