New class!!!
Barre blend is a blended class consisting of a mix of ballet-inspired exercises, Pilates core work, and flexibility training. This full-body, low impact workout will target the upper body, abs, back, glutes, quads and thighs. Props such as hand weights, stability balls, or body bars may be incorporated. All levels are welcome.
