Join in scheduled group personal training.  Sessions will provide you with an effective workout with emphasis on form and proper progression in a fun group environment led by a certified personal trainer.

Monday or Wednesday - 5:30-6:30 pm or Monday or Friday 9:00-10:00 am 

$84 Member/$168 Non-member (Fee is for one day/time per week)

Les Mills GRIT

Get ready for results!  Small group training with a specialty trained coach who will take you through proven 30-minute high intensity interval workouts scientifically designed to incredible result through intense athletic training.

Tuesday or Thursday 7:30-8:30 pm or Saturday 7:30 am 

$63 Member/$126 Non-member


TRX is suspension training system that harnesses your own body weight to deliver a total body workout by utilizing functional movements and dynamic positions that challenge your back, shoulders, chest, hips and legs.  

Tuesday 9:00-9:45 am 

$77 member/$154 Non-member
