Summer Sweat Challenge 2018

Summer Sweat Challenge 2018 is a 8-week Summer Fitness Program.  This program can be done at home, at the Y, or outside as all you need is a set of dumbbells.  Use this program just for the workouts or you can take this program one step further and enter the challenge.

Included in Summer Sweat Challenge 2018:  

Workout Calendar and Journal, Result Sheet, Unlimited email access to Matt, Videos of Exercises, 3 Workouts/Week, and 45-60 minute workouts.

Challenge:

Before and After Photos (Dates must be included in photo), Weight, Waist Circumference, and Workout Results.

How are Winners Determined?  This is not just a weight loss challenge but a body transformation journey.  Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges which will include body measurements, overall physique, and workout results.  

Prize:  Two winners (one male and one female) will win 3/30 min personal training sessions valued at $94 dollars and bragging rights!

Registration is going on 7/1-7/16!  The program begins on July 16.
