The Y's aim is to promote a long and productive life while having fun living it. This is not something exclusively for the body; it’s a way of life that requires education in good nutrition, proper exercise, avoidance of drug/alcohol abuse, stress maintenance, and lessening problems posed by chronic ailments (i.e. arthritis, cancer, heart disease, etc.).
