These reports provide an analysis and evaluation of the current COVID-19 vaccination rates in 12 communities in the Chicagoland area. They document the results of the community assessments for the first phase of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago’s initiative to increase COVID-19 vaccine confidence and uptake in the specified target areas.
