The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming active and developing healthy habits they will continue throughout their lives. In a Y sports program, your child will meet friends, learn new skills, improve his or her fitness and most importantly have fun! Whether it's gaining the confidence that comes with learning a new sport, building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, or refining and improving skills, participating in sports at the Y is a bout building the whole athlete, inside and out. Sports Tots (ages 3-6)
Does your child love sports? Look no further than Sports Tots! This class allows parents and children to participate together in numerous, fun activities and sports that focus on developing motor and listening skills. Parents are required to participate in activities, which may include baseball, soccer, basketball and more! Click here to register


Kyuki-Do Martial Arts Beginner and Advanced (ages 5+)
Kyuki-Do is a Korean martial art that primarily incorporates elements of Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Judo. Students will learn self-defense, develop better hand-eye coordination and grow in self-discipline. The Beginner class is great for families and is open to all levels and abilities ages 5 and older. The Advanced section is appropriate for all students green stripe and above or for those who receive approval from the instructor.  Click here to register

Basketball Level 1: Beginner (ages 5-8)
This class is designed to work on the basic fundamentals of basketball such as passing, dribbling and movement. These classes will focus on hand-eye coordination and introduce the ideas of sportsmanship and team play. Click here to register

Basketball Level 2: Advanced (ages 8-12)
Sessions focus on teaching players new offensive moves by developing the footwork and ball skills necessary to be successful. Skill sessions are great for players already in a league, or for any player who wants to improve his/her basketball skills. Gym shoes and sports attire required, equipment provided. Archery (ages 8-12)
This introductory program will teach safety, proper body positioning, draw, increased distance, scoring, arm turn and control.

Volleyball Skills (ages 9-13)
The purpose of the class is to introduce and further develop good volleyball skills. The coaching staff will teach serving, setting, passing, hitting, blocking, and the basics of team offense and defense. The staff will encourage fun and sportsmanship as well as build the skill level of the volleyball players. First Monday of the Month! Active Adults have the same basic needs as any age — the need to laugh and have fun, to explore and learn, to live life to its fullest. The Sage Y offers free events for our Active Adult members who are young at heart. These social Active Adult Events are in addition to our full slate of land and water group fitness classes. Please join us for some FUN! Registration is required.
