Free Health Equity Programs at the Kelly Hall YMCA: May 2025

This May, the Kelly Hall YMCA is proud to host a wide range of health equity programs that promote well-being, build community, and support mental and physical health — all at no cost. Whether you're a parent, teen, senior, or community member looking to get involved, there are many opportunities to engage, learn, and grow.

Programs include weekly community chats over coffee, hands-on environmental wellness projects, mental health first aid training, wellness workshops, and monthly events dedicated to men’s and women’s health. Most programs are open to all and include refreshments, essential resources, and expert-led sessions.

Every event is open to the public. Check out the full schedule below and join us at Kelly Hall YMCA this May!
