Aquatic Center Opens to West Side Residents

The new aquatic center at the McCormick YMCA of Metro Chicago will provide year-round swim lessons for the residents in Hermosa, Humboldt Park, Logan Square and Wicker Park. In addition to the 2 swimming pools, the expansion also includes two multi-purpose rooms, a family locker room, and two unisex public restrooms. The Y expects to provide over 1,200 swim lessons at this center alone.
