Whether it’s your first time visiting or possibly your millionth, a new website can be hard to navigate and we’re committed to providing you with the information you need. 
  • At the Y, we love to throw a party or host an event! You can check out events across the association on our News & Events page, or find your Y and navigate to the News & Events page to find out what’s happening in your community! 
  • We listened to our staff, members, and communities to determine what to incorporate as part of our new website. Throughout the development of the site, we made sure to prioritize a better user-experience so everyone can more easily find information, register for programs and services, get in touch with their Y, and more. 
  • How much time do you have? We have health and fitness, swim, sports, and recreation, camp, early learning and education, community services, and more! Look around the website to discover everything we offer and learn how you already belong.

    Alternatively, you can navigate to “Register for a Program” at the top of any page of our website. 

    If you started from a specific Y location’s page, your search will only return results for programs at that location.

    If you want to do a broader search or to search across locations, navigate back to and then click “Register for a Program.”
  • Easy! Check out Locations in the main menu to see all of the YMCA of Metro Chicago sites! Not sure which is closest to you? No worries, we’ve got you covered with our location finder
  • We like how organized you are with your time! After you find your Y, check out the Center Offerings page to see what is available. If your Y has a fitness and/or pool schedule, it will be posted for you to view. 
  • Starting a profile or creating an account will allow you to sign up for any of our programs that are available to anyone. Joining as a YMCA member provides you the full Y experience and access to our centers, digital content, and more! 
  • We get it — and we have options for you! Depending on your preference, you can contact our Member Services team via phone (773-905-5115) or chat (just click the purple icon at the bottom of your screen) or contact the Y location nearest you. For more information, view our Contacts
  • Oh, that’s a good one! Login to your account using the “Join/Login” text at the top of any page of the website. Once you’ve successfully logged in, you can see all of your account information. Check out your Order History, as well as your Activities & Programs to see upcoming and current programs. 

    To make your life (or at least your Y experience!) even easier, we’ve also introduced a new feature: Favorites. When you’re looking at programs in the Program Search, you can now favorite a program by selecting the heart icon!
