IPY COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC

The Irving Park YMCA is partnering with the State of Illinois Department of Health to bring a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic.
Wednesday, October 6 & Wednesday, October 27 4pm-7pm.
The Pfizer vaccine is authorized and recommended for persons 12 years of age and older.
Walk-ins welcome.
