*NEW* 3 + PRO PICKLEBALL LESSONS Want to get better and learn new drills with a Pickleball Pro and your own group of friends? Join us for our new "3 + Pro" pickleball lesson program. All you need to do is have 3 players that are interested in improving their skills and becoming a better pickleball player, have a specific day and time that works best for your group and our instructor, and you�re all set! $75 per group of 3 for Members � Pro plays the full hour while providing feedback during the last 30 minutes of play. � We will work on stroke production, footwork, court coverage, shot selection and strategies. � 3 players and a Foglia Y Pro � Ongoing Available Days & Times (Subject to change) o Mondays-Fridays between 11am-4pm o Saturdays between 3-6pm o Sundays between 12-6pm � Must Book Time Slot in Advance (Starting March 17th

4&5 Grade Basketball League ( 1 clases )

Our annual youth basketball league here at the Foglia YMCA provides each group a practice 1 day a week for 1 hour,(Except for the Preschool Divison which is Saturday mornings only) determined right before the league start date. They will play games on Saturdays with times varying. Each team will practice their individual skills along with teamwork drills to become a better basketball player and team. We are in need of volunteer coaches to help with our league to be a role model and teach our players the basics of basketball.

We are excited to start this league for those adults that are interested in some more serious volleyball action. The league is 9 weeks long, running on Mondays with game times at 6, 7 and 8 PM.

Players will focus on improving dribbling, passing, and shooting skills. Classes focus on teaching the players new offensive moves by developing the footwork and ball skills necessary to be successful. Skill sessions are great for players in any of our leagues, or for any player who wants to improve his/her basketball skills.

Rock Climbing ( 1 clases )

Participants will learn new skills and techniques of climbing our rock wall, with a belayer as well as on our auto-belay system. The kids will learn some of the skills needed to become a more successful climber, as well as a belayer. We will focus on knot tying, equipment use and set-up, and climbing commands. The group will learn how to safely climb up the high ropes course in this class, as well as other possible fun activities!
