This is a Trailblazer initiated event but the entire Federation is invited to attend as well. All booking will be done directly through Mt. Olympus

There are many fun activities for you to enjoy while there - skiing, tubing, waterpark, area attractions.  Most of these are included with your stay.

The following was being offered on the website as of 12/28/18:

Book Now And Receive All Of The Following …

A note on how the rooms work here from our Trailblazers Chiefs -  They have a large water park and resort with rooms onsite.  These rooms are referred to as their “Rome” area.  Those are pricier, but you are right at the main resort.  They also have what their website refers to as “Resort Rooms” which are rooms located in other nearby buildings. These may be a short drive to the main building.  To give you an idea, the cost for a room with 2 Queens at Rome is $154 and $65 at the “Resort Rooms”.   You can do whatever you want, but last year families that went did the cheaper rooms and had a great time.

When you book ask them to note that you want to be near Joel Reimer if you are staying in a Resort Room.  Please see the park's site or call them with any detailed questions.  There are a variety of room options.  (Note, there is a deposit of $20 charged when you book and a $30 resort fee in addition to the room price)

Please let us know if you book so we can try and organize some group meetups for those interested.  You can email the federation office if you are attending.

Again, this is an open event so you can bring siblings and moms.  You are mostly free to do whatever you want while there, with a few meetup opportunities.  Closer to the date Joel and Ben will announce a couple of meetups for the group.
