At the South Chicago YMCA, we’re committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you and for taking the time to tell us about the services that you have received so far. We appreciate your feedback and want to make sure we meet your expectations. Today, we’d like to share a few of the steps we’re taking to make the Y even better.
According to members, we’re doing a great job providing a safe and welcoming environment for all, our staff are friendly, our instructors are motivating and inspiring, and we offer great member benefits such as Member-Get-A-Member and Wellness Consultations.
Some areas where we’re planning improvements include timely repairs of equipment, increasing the availability of staff in the fitness area, and improved facility cleanliness.
