Ready to master the next level in strength training? Utilizing muscle confusion principles, classes advance and challenge you to ensure your muscles never adapt, and you continue to make strides in strength. Outdoor Strength Boot Camp will be held outdoors, weather permitting. This class is for the intermediate to advanced participant.
