This is not your average circuit class!  Our motivating personal trainers will lead you through a variety of timed stations including heavy ropes, cardio drills and strength exercises to keep you moving at your maximum effort.  This class will be held outdoors, weather permitting.

Summer 1 (5 Weeks) 6/11 - 7/15

Summer 2 (5 Weeks) 7/16 - 8/19
