Become accountable and achieve results as we move into better health with the goal to improve cardiovascular endurance and overall health.

- Complete 1, 1 ½, 2 or 3 miles

- Activity will be tracked, timed and logged

- Wellness Consultation and assessment provided

- Max time for workout: 60 minutes

- Lead by YMCA staff
 

Meet us at the Rauner Y Outdoor Soccer Field Monday through Friday at 6:30 a.m.

This program starts in June 11 and ends in July 13.

Cost: Members $25, Non-members $50
