Every Thursday in February members bring a guest free Step & Strength at 6:30 p.m. with Claudia H.
Rauner Indoor Relay Run - February 24
For one hour you and your teammate share one treadmill. Each member must stay on it for a minimum of 5 minutes before tagging in the other teammate. The team that runs the most miles wins! Each team will receive a gift and the the winner team will receive a free session of Spring 1 (Fitness Department only).
$50 members; $60 Non-Members

We welcome our new Sports Manager, Anthony Smith. He is excited to be a part of the new team at the YMCA. On February 19, the new sport sessions will begin and we will offer plenty of activities to stay active while having fun. The classes we will offer are Intro Ballet/Jazz, Hip Hop, Little Sport Stars, T-ball, Soccer, Baseball, Taekwondo, Boxing, Flag Football, Basketball and Volleyball. Spring Swim Lessons at West Communities
Swim Lessons start the week of February 19. It is a great way to get some heart love/cardio for all age groups. Stop in and sign up at West Communities or Rauner Membership desk our sign up online: www.westcommunitiesymca.org
