September and Fall updates on fitness and sports programs for all!"

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Sign up for this ultimate challenge in strength, endurance, and cardiovascular training which promotes weight/fat loss and improves overall health and fitness.
Equipment you will utilize with this program includes: battling ropes, medicine balls, treadmill, bikes, bands and weights.
THURSDAYS at 6 p.m.
Cost: $50 MEMBERS/$60 NON-MEMBERS

Focus Functional Fitness: Saturdays at 9 a.m.

Challenge yourself beyond traditional strength training with this advanced, total body functional strength training class. Advance your muscular endurance as well as balance and coordination by moving through all planes of motion with multi-joint and compound exercises. This class is for the intermediate to advanced participant.

POWER HOUR: Mondays at 5:30 p.m.

This course is designed to improve muscular strength, cardio respiratory endurance and flexibility. Challenge your entire body with a full range of resistance and cardio exercises using a variety of equipment.
Class will include a warm-up, skill development, workout and cool down with stretching. Monday’s at 5:30 p.m.

CYCLE/SPIN CLASS

Instructors will lead you through an exhilarating ride designed to improve overall fitness while increasing performance with focus on endurance, strength, interval and all-terrain training. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.
Thursdays at 6 p.m.

SPORTS PROGRAMS

Summer is almost over but sports are not! Fall sports registration is now open! We are gearing up to begin our classes and leagues. Bring your friends to the Y and register today!
We will offer karate, soccer, Intro to ballet/jazz, Youth Hip Hop, Basketball and more. 
Classes start the first week of September.

AQUATICS PROGRAMS

Fall swim lessons at West Communities registration now open! Private and semi Private class available Pick your day/Time and instructor
Do you have a Fall birthday you are  trying to plan and not sure of the weather? Don’t risk it, have a pool Party at the Y.
(Times available Saturdays after 3 p.m. and any time Sundays)  
Fall 1: 8 weeks September 4 to October 28
Fall 2: 8 weeks October 29 to December 23
Private and semi Private class available Pick your day/Time and instructor.
