Foglia YMCA “Lose to Win” Weight-Loss Challenge 🏋🏾‍♀️

Losing isn’t all bad!

The Foglia YMCA is hosting its 10-week long Lose to Win weight-loss challenge from March 20 through May 25, run by Jenny Gale, our amazing Fitness Director, Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach!

Participants will be invited to two small group training sessions each week, weekly check-ins with a trainer, and bi-weekly seminars that cover topics such as nutrition, movement, meditation, and vitality.

If that’s not enough incentive, we’re also rewarding prizes to the top three weight loss success winners at the end of the challenge!

For $300 per member participant, you’ll join a community that encourages you to meet your fitness goals and be rewarded for your efforts. Register now!
