Barre Burn and Cross Fit Classes Continue

Spring 2 Sessions begin the week of April 17"

Based on popularity, we are continuing our Barre Burn and Crossfit classes

Barre Burn: Based on a fusion of Pilates and classic barre techniques, this results driven class incorporates the perfect blend of deep muscle toning with resistance, the grace of ballet, the flexibility of yoga, and the core strengthening of Pilates. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no experience is necessary.

April 17- June 5

Cross Fit: Group Cross Training classes inspire and challenge your inner athlete; creating an environment that is structured to produce results. Drawing from multiple disciplines, Cross Training classes empower you to be a healthier you. Whether you are a loyal fan of kettleballs or a mud-run enthusiast, innovative programming keeps workouts both fun and challenging.
