At the Leaning Tower YMCA, we’re committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you and for taking the time to tell us about the services that you have received so far. We appreciate your feedback and want to make sure we meet your expectations. Today, we’d like to share a few of the steps we’re taking to make the Y even better.
According to members, we’re doing a great job providing a safe and welcoming environment for all, our instructors are motivating and inspiring, and we offer great member benefits such as Member-Get-A-Member and Wellness Consultations. However, we’re dedicated to improving a few things in the months ahead, including timely repairs of equipment, more communication between the center and members and improved facility cleanliness.
