At YMCA day camps, we create an exciting, safe environment for kids to have an unforgettable summer of fun. And while they’re taking part in unique experiences and adventures, they’re also building self-esteem, developing interpersonal skills and making lasting friendships and memories. All camps run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with included extended hours from 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.

*Join us for action-packed days when school is not in session. Bring a swimsuit, lunch, and two snacks every day. Fee (per day): $45 Member/$55 Non-Members

  1. Complete one registration form for each child participating. You may bring it to the Lattof YMCA Member Service Desk, fax it to 847.296.9431, or email it to
  2. All campers must hold a valid membership to receive the member rate at time of registration.
  3. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 per week is due at the time of registration to reserve your week(s). Deposits will go toward the total payment of the camp week.
  4. Balances are due by Monday, two weeks prior to the week your child attends camp.
  5. The registering parent is responsible for any and all payments
  6. All requests to change weeks must be made in writing to the camp director by June 1st. Any changes are subject to a $25 transfer fee due at the time of service. Scheduling permitting, transfers are subject to approval based on approval of the camp director.
  7. Cancellations/Refunds/Credits: Full refunds or credits minus the $25 deposit will be given for camp without a doctor’s note prior to June 1, 2018 ONLY. On or after June 1, 2018, refunds for day camp and specialty camps are only made if your child is ill and has a doctor’s note to accompany the request. There are no refunds or credits for non-attendance of camp. If your child will no longer attend a week of camp, you must cancel your registration for that week by the Wednesday prior to the week of attendance. Refunds for days missed are ONLY given if a doctor’s note is provided within one week, then a full refund minus the $25 deposit will be given. This request can be done by calling our Day Camp Billing Coordinator.
  8. There is a $25 fee due for all NSF checks and that payment must be made with cash or a money order. Payment must be made within 24 hours, after which time your child will be unable to attend camp. After two NSF checks, personal checks will no longer be accepted for camp payments.If payments are not made on time, a late fee of $25 will be applied Tuesdays at 9am.
  9. Camps fill quickly so we encourage registration by May 1st to reserve your spot.

Come meet the 2018 Camp Staff! Ask questions about camp weeks, field trips, tips for a successful summer and more. Get all of the information you need about camp, while the kids get a chance to know the counselors, play fun camp games and learn camp songs! Once all the questions are answered join us for a evening of fun.

Campers will be practicing for this all summer and won’t be able to wait to show their talents off to their friends, family, fellow campers, neighbors, etc! So invite the whole family and check out what kind of talent Lattof Day Camp has to offer!

Guest Speakers

We can't wait to welcome new and returning guest speakers who will engineer lego structures, perform magic, teach us about weird science and so much more! Included in the cost of camp, your camper will experience the thrill of meeting a new guest speaker and learning new things each week.
