At the Lattof YMCA, we’re committed to providing the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors. To help us continue improving our programs and facilities, last November we sent a survey to a random sampling of members for feedback and suggestions. Today, we’d like to share the results of those surveys with you, as well as a few steps we’re taking to make the Y even better.
Thank you for recognizing a job well done! Our members were most satisfied with our front desk and drop-in child care departments, as well as our fitness offerings. Members provided high positive feedback regarding front desk staff being available and willing to help at anytime. In regards to fitness, our members voiced the instructors motivate and inspire them to keep coming back and provide safe and effective classes to meet their fitness needs.

Cleanliness of the facility - Keeping our facility clean is important to us too and we recognize the opportunity to better serve our members. We are working with our team to ensure the facility is meeting your expectations.
Communication - We are working on more effective and timely communication. We will be checking members’ emails to ensure we have the correct email address. We don’t want you to miss any information!
