Meet Dona, our Small Group Personal Trainer!
” Prior to becoming a Trainer, I used to eat fast food and smoke cigarettes. After my Dad had a heart attack at age 55, I made the decision to go back to school for my bachelors in nutrition, quit smoking, change my diet, and start running. I achieved my degree in nutrition, completed my Personal Trainers Certification and I am still running. I enjoy writing cardio interval workouts, and I love helping others strength train, but believe nutrition is the key to changing your body and your physical wellbeing.” Dona T.
