Try it for free for one more week - Free class:  Wednesday 9/6 10:45-11:30 am and Friday 9/8 8:45 - 9:30 am
After that,  it is only $22 to sign up for 8 weeks of Tai Chi for Y members.


Small Group Personal Training will help you Fall back into Fitness! 
Try it for free on Saturday 9/9 from 9:30-10:15 am!  

Meet Dona, our Small Group Personal Trainer:
“Prior to becoming a Trainer, I used to eat fast food and smoke cigarettes.  After my Dad had a heart attack at age 55, I made the decision to go back to school for my bachelors in nutrition, quit smoking, change my diet, and start running. I achieved my degree in nutrition, completed my Personal Trainers Certification and I am still running.  I enjoy writing cardio interval workouts, and I love helping others strength train, but believe nutrition is the key to changing your body and your physical wellbeing.”
