This week we thought we’d share an inspiring email that our group excercise coordinator and personal trainer Kara Mason received.
I want to thank you for working me since last year, working methodically on my fitness, covering core strength, cardio and nutrition. I had my doubts about working with a trainer and its benefits, but can only encourage friends now, because it not just gives you an assessment of yourself, but more importantly saves one from injuries and enables how to cope with them..
When I started with you, I could not even last 10 minutes of a real workout.. and to think that I completed my first running event ever in 2013, the Chicago BOA Marathon.. all 26.2 miles.. It would not have been possible without you..
Once again, thank you for your guidance and flexibility.
