How do I arrange a private swim lesson?

We make it as easy as 1-2-3!

  2. The instructor will contact you to arrange the first lesson.
  3. When you arrive for your first lesson, you buy your package of private swim lessons. At the beginning of each class, you will give your instructor one (1) private lesson ticket.

Private lessons may be scheduled during any family/open swim times.

Can I make up a class if I miss a class?
Yes, as long you cancel the class within 24 hours.

When will a credit or refund be issued?
A refund or credit will be issued if the class is canceled or your child has to miss a class due to illness (with a signed doctor's note). Refunds will not be issued for a schedule conflict after the session has begun. Please see our refund policy on the back of your receipt for more information.
