MX4 is a progressive small group training program that incorporates Cardio, Power, Strength, and Endurance using the Connexus Functional Training System.
This type of training provides members with more consistency and better results in only 30 minutes. It also gives you direction, motivation and accountability.
Beginning March 11 and will run for 4 weeks.
*Members can sign up for one or multiple days
Fee: $40/4 weeks
The following are the offerings we will have:
Monday -5:30pm-6:00pm – Mia Tuesday -7:00pm-7:30pm - Jenn
Wednesday - 6:00am-6:30am - Emma Wednesday - 5:30pm-6:00am - Emma
Thursday - 7:00pm-7:30pm – Jenn Saturday - 10:30-11:00am - Cathy
