Youth Fitness Programs
Spring is on its way, but no matter the weather, we have free fitness classes for the whole family! Check out our Monday Youth fitness class for children age 8 years of age and older and Tuesday & Thursday Youth Yoga for children 6 years of age. Because staying healthy is a family commitment that High Ridge Y is dedicated to.  

Youth Yoga Age 6+

Day: Tuesday & Thursday

Time: 6:30-7:15pm

Fee Free for Y Members
