FALL SCHEDULE!

FALL INTO FITNESS THIS MONTH!

We have updated and added a new yoga classes to our Fall Group Exercise schedule. All new classes are FREE and included with you membership.

New this fall:

         Tuesday @ 6:15 – 7:00 p.m. Power Sculpt Yoga

         Tuesday @ 7:15 – 8:00 p.m. Youth Yoga & Stretch

         Thursday @ 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. Chair Yoga
