Adult Beginner Lesson ( 2 classes )

Water Acclimation and Movement: This class is appropriate for preschool and school age participants. Students will become comfortable independently going underwater, front and back glides, and safely exiting the water. Safety is reinforced when students learn the importance of lifeguard/adult supervision, asking permission before going into any body of water, finding help, and lifejackets. Goggles are not recommended for this stage. The price indicated is a monthly rate. The monthly charge will continue while progressing through the stages and until you notify us that you wish to discontinue the lessons.

Counselors In Training (CIT) ( 4 classes )

The Counselors in Training (CIT) Camp is a training program for teen leaders that focuses on preparing to become a YMCA Camp Counselor.
