Are you looking to jumpstart your weight loss journey, but not sure how? We can help! When you join this program, you’ll enjoy seeing real results with workouts tailored to your ability, weekly weigh-ins, and follow-ups from our personal trainer. In this 7-week program, our goal is to help you decrease your overall body fat mass in a group-based, encouraging environment. Program is exercise and movement focused, with added nutrition and education along the way.

  • Improve body composition (decrease fat percentage, increase muscle mass)
  • Decrease high blood pressure
  • Lower blood sugar levels
  • Increase overall strength
  • Improve cardiovascular capacity/endurance
  • Increase energy levels

Members will be able attend 2 classes per week specifically for this program. Class times will be provided
