Get water ready with swim lessons at the Y – offered on Tuesdays and Sundays ages 6 months thru adults.

Youth Fitness Classes:

Youth Conditioning- Develop and improve speed, agility and strength. Ages 11-13

Kids Zumba- Kid friendly routines full of energy and fun! Ages 8-13

Kids Boxing (FREE with membership) High energy, boxing style fitness, learn the fundamentals of boxing. Ages 9-13

Movement and Games (FREE with membership) 30 minute workout introduces games and physical activity and more! Ages 3-5

Kids Yoga –  A fun way for kids to build strength, spirit and self-esteem. Ages 3-5
