This face-paced exercise class will help improve coordination and balance while working off some excess energy!
Yoga for preschoolers teaches the basic poses, breathing, and building blocks of yoga. Mats and yoga props are provided.
Stay in shape while learning new exercises, drills, and games. Every class is different and all fitness levels are welcome!

Kids work with and instructor to learn the basics of boxing. Includes individual and full class participation.
