Our classes are a benefit of membership and are free of charge. All classes are for ages 13 years and up unless otherwise noted.
Available to community participants interested in participating in Y Group Exercise classes. Punch cards are available for purchase at the Member Service Desk for $90 each. Each card has seven punches and is good for one class, if space is available.
Members ages 9-12 are welcome to attend “Family Friendly” classes with a parent or guardian. Parent or guardian must be prepared and able to assist child when necessary. Family Friendly classes are noted on the group exercise schedule.

Work the entire body with a full range of resistance exercises and a variety of equipment-bands, tubing, weights, balls and more. For all fitness levels.
A non-impact, strength workout using bands, weights and your body’s own resistance. Recommended for all fitness levels.

The Zumba Gold program takes the Zumba® formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. The Zumba Gold class is the perfect fit. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun.
This class is our introduction to Pilates. Our certified instructors will teach you the many different “core” exercises, concentrating on correct breathing and form throughout each exercise. Pilates will help increase your core strength. We will work all abdominal muscles, back muscles, and some legs and arms. This class will dramatically improve your abdominal and back strength while also improving your flexibility.
This class will start where Pilates I ends. Our certified instructor will take you through more difficult exercises to challenge and motivate you. Class is restricted to those who have already completed Pilates I.
This class will utilize the moves that you worked on in Pilates I and II and add equipment such as the Pilates ring, medicine ball, and rollers to challenge and energize you. Class is restricted to those who have completed Pilates I and II.
Try this 60-minute strength/toning total-body workout utilizing a bar with plates. This workout aims to increase lean muscle mass, tone, and define both upper and lower body. Suitable for beginners through advanced weight trainers.
The format of this class is similar to Muscle Flex. In addition to traditional barbell training. Total Burn will include many advanced compound exercises with dumbbells. High intensity class.

“Still one of the hottest fitness classes!” The aim of the workout is to increase cardiovascular endurance through large-muscle workout. It strengthens your heart as well as your muscles without the added stress on the joints. It is a moderate to advanced exercise program that can be modified to allow beginners to participate. It offers a unique mind and body connection for added appeal.
Working in a group provides motivation and encouragement so members can challenge themselves. Cycling is a viable choice for beginners to elite athletes.
