Are you strong as IRON?
We think you are and invite you to participate in our 10th Annual Road to Kona. This is a fun and challenging 3 week indoor "Y"RONMAN, inspired by the Kona, Hawaii Ironman Triathlon. the challenge will take place between March 4-24.
So what is Road to Kona?
The Road to Kona fitness challenge can be an indicidual or group simulated triathlon that encourages participants to cross-train over a 3 week period. Based upon the Kona, Hawaii Ironman Triathlon, this challenge requires you to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles! Personal log books will be available through our Fitness Director where you can monitor your progress. Again you can do this on your own, or split the challenges with friends and family. Either way, we know YOU CAN DO THIS!
