Spring 1 Session: February 19 - April 15 (8 weeks)

This training program can provide you the personalized attention of a trainer at a lower cost in a supportive group environment. All of the exercises in the program can be scaled in difficulty to fit your individual needs. The program will help you lose weight and get in shape in a fun, challenging atmosphere.

Each participant will receive:

- A fitness assessment at the beginning and end of the program

- Weekly weigh-ins

- Group workouts twice a week

Tuesday: 4:30-5:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 10:30-11:30am (NEW DAY/TIME) & 7-8pm

$160 M/ $320 NM - 1 day/week

$320 M/ $640 NM - 2 days/week
